The walkthrough
From reported to closed, and who does what
Four steps. Alex does the reading and the writing in all four; the two that cost money are yours.
Intake, on every channel
Resident email and SMS land in connected mailboxes and become cases around the clock, and on Scale a resident can call and be answered live. Replies thread back onto the record they came from rather than scattering across personal inboxes.
Triage, in plain language
Alex writes the summary on the case, sets the category, and rewrites the summary as new messages arrive. A photographed label or a photo of the damage attaches to the same record.
The work order opens itself
The case carries a work order with the full job lifecycle on it: open, assign, schedule, photograph, cost, and close. Recurring work orders open on their own for planned maintenance, and every job shows on a read-only work order calendar.
Escalation, only when it earns it
Alex flags the urgent ones and notifies the recipients you designate by branded email, with the summary already written. The routine ones are answered where you turn replies on, in the resident's own language across 30+ languages provisioned through a connected language service, and held for the morning.
